This is not us being difficult \u2014 once a medicine is out of a licensed pharmacy&#8217;s control, there is no way to guarantee how it was stored, and re-selling it would put the next customer at risk. Indian pharmacy practice and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules treat it the same way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We will always replace or refund in full if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We sent you the wrong medicine, strength or quantity<\/li>\n<li>The product arrived damaged, leaking or with broken packaging<\/li>\n<li>The batch is expired, or expires sooner than is reasonable for the course you were prescribed<\/li>\n<li>Our pharmacist identifies a problem with the prescription after dispatch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tell us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery, with a photo of the product and the batch details. We will collect it and put it right.<\/p>\n<h3>Supplements, devices and personal care<\/h3>\n<p>Unopened items in sealed original packaging can be returned within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery. Once a seal is broken we cannot accept a return, for the same hygiene reasons as above.<\/p>\n<p>Electronic devices (BP monitors, glucometers, nebulisers) carry the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. If one fails within warranty, bring it to us and we will handle the claim on your behalf.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p>You can cancel any order before it is dispatched, free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp and we will stop it. Once a Cuttack order is with our rider, cancellation is at our discretion \u2014 but talk to us, we are reasonable.<\/p>\n<h3>Refund timelines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prepaid orders:<\/strong> refunded to the original payment method within 5\u20137 working days of approval.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash on delivery:<\/strong> refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 3\u20135 working days.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery charges are refunded only when the fault was ours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to raise a return<\/h3>\n<p>WhatsApp <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/919692248178\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+91 96922 48178<\/a> with your order number and a photo of the item, or email <a href=\"mailto:guptamedsctc@gmail.com\">guptamedsctc@gmail.com<\/a>. You can also bring it to the store.<\/p>\n<h3>Order cancellation timelines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Before dispatch:<\/strong> cancel free of charge, any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will stop the order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After dispatch (Cuttack):<\/strong> at our discretion while the rider is still out.
