Upload your prescription — we do the rest

Send us a photo or PDF of your doctor’s prescription. Our registered pharmacist checks it, confirms availability and price with you, and dispatches your medicines. In Cuttack, that usually means your order is at your door within the hour.

Three ways to send it

1. Upload it here — use the form below. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB.
2. WhatsApp it — send a clear photo to +91 96922 48178. Fastest option, and you can ask questions in the same chat.
3. Upload at checkout — add prescription medicines to your cart and attach the prescription on the checkout page.

What happens next

1. We receive your prescription and read it carefully.
2. Our registered pharmacist verifies it — the doctor’s details, the medicines, the dosage and the date.
3. We message you with availability, the total, and any substitute options if something is out of stock.
4. You confirm, we dispatch. Cuttack orders go out for delivery immediately.

For a prescription to be valid, it must show

• The prescribing doctor’s name and registration number
• The patient’s name and age
• The date it was written
• The medicine names, strengths and dosage instructions
• The doctor’s signature

Photos are fine — just make sure the whole page is in frame and the text is readable. If anything is unclear we will call you rather than guess.

A few things we cannot do

• We cannot dispense prescription medicines without a valid prescription. This is not a policy choice — it is the law, and it protects you.
• We cannot dispense against an expired prescription. Most are valid for a limited period; if yours is old, please get it renewed.
• We do not dispense narcotic or psychotropic (Schedule X) medicines online. These must be collected in person at our CDA store with the original prescription.
• Our pharmacist can explain how to take a medicine and flag interactions, but cannot change your prescribed dose. That conversation belongs with your doctor.

Your prescription is private

Prescriptions you send us are used only to dispense your order and to keep the sale records the law requires us to hold. They are never shared with anyone else, and never used for marketing.
