Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Medicines

Once medicines have left our store we cannot take them back. This is not us being difficult — once a medicine is out of a licensed pharmacy’s control, there is no way to guarantee how it was stored, and re-selling it would put the next customer at risk. Indian pharmacy practice and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules treat it the same way.

We will always replace or refund in full if:

• We sent you the wrong medicine, strength or quantity
• The product arrived damaged, leaking or with broken packaging
• The batch is expired, or expires sooner than is reasonable for the course you were prescribed
• Our pharmacist identifies a problem with the prescription after dispatch

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the product and the batch details. We will collect it and put it right.

Supplements, devices and personal care

Unopened items in sealed original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken we cannot accept a return, for the same hygiene reasons as above.

Electronic devices (BP monitors, glucometers, nebulisers) carry the manufacturer’s warranty. If one fails within warranty, bring it to us and we will handle the claim on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched, free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp and we will stop it. Once a Cuttack order is with our rider, cancellation is at our discretion — but talk to us, we are reasonable.

Refund timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 3–5 working days.
• Delivery charges are refunded only when the fault was ours.

Order cancellation timelines

• Before dispatch: cancel free of charge, any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will stop the order.
• After dispatch (Cuttack): at our discretion while the rider is still out. Talk to us.
• After dispatch (courier): cannot be cancelled; the returns rules above apply on delivery.
• Cancelled by us: if we cannot fulfil your order (stock, prescription not verified, address outside our service area) we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why.
