Where we deliver

Gupta Meds delivers across Cuttack city, the rest of Odisha, and the whole of India. Some products — particularly medicines requiring cold-chain storage — are available only within Cuttack, where we can control the temperature end to end. Product pages and checkout will tell you if this applies.

Delivery charges

Order processing

Orders placed during our opening hours (8:00 am to 9:00 pm, every day) are processed the same day. Orders placed after hours are processed the following morning.

Orders containing prescription medicines are held at “Awaiting prescription verification” until our registered pharmacist has reviewed and approved your prescription. Only then do we dispatch. This step is required by law and we do not skip it.

If something is out of stock

We will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatching. You can wait for it, accept a substitute we suggest, or have that item removed and refunded. We never substitute a medicine without asking you first.

Delivery attempts

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address and that your phone is reachable. If we cannot reach you, our rider will attempt delivery again the same day where possible. For courier shipments outside Cuttack, standard courier re-attempt rules apply.

Tracking

You will receive order updates on WhatsApp and by email. For courier shipments we will share the tracking number as soon as it is generated.
