1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Roshan Kumar Gupta, sole proprietor, trading as M/s Gupta Meds (GSTIN 21CZQPG2703K1ZH) — a licensed retail pharmacy at Plot No. 1E-34, CDA Sector 13, Near Cuttack Water Work, Avinab Bidanasi, Cuttack, Odisha 753014, India. By using guptameds.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed strictly against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, and only after verification by our registered pharmacist. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the prescription is missing, expired, illegible, altered or where we have reason to doubt its authenticity. Narcotic and psychotropic (Schedule X) medicines are not sold online and must be collected in person.

Uploading a prescription does not guarantee dispensing. Our pharmacist’s professional judgement is final.

3. Not medical advice

Product information on this site, including uses, dosage and side effects, is provided for general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor. Always follow your prescriber’s instructions. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the medicine and seek medical help immediately.

Guidance offered by our pharmacist and nutritionist is advisory, within their professional scope, and does not constitute diagnosis or prescription.

4. Age

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Orders for minors must be placed by a parent or guardian.

5. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Medicines are sold at or below the printed Maximum Retail Price. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge. All products are subject to availability.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the order appears fraudulent.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card details.

8. Delivery, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number you give us. Incorrect details are the most common cause of failed deliveries.

10. Intellectual property

The Gupta Meds name, logo, site design and original content are our property. Brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cuttack, Odisha.
